With a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and certifications as a Grief Educator, Grief Professional, Magnetic Mind Coach, and Hypnotherapist, Kathy helps others find hope and healing.
Her journey began with the sudden loss of her son, Trevor, which left her and her family in profound grief. Struggling to find adequate support, she sought to understand and heal her trauma, leading her to pursue advanced training in mental health and grief counseling.

Please note that this special introductory offer is designed to help us build a strong, safe foundation for your healing journey. These initial sessions focus on rapport building, grounding, resourcing, mindfulness, and do not include hypnosis or memory reprocessing. Memory reprocessing will be reserved for later sessions, once you feel fully prepared and comfortable.
Before beginning memory reprocessing, it’s essential to assess your current state and establish a foundation of safety by strengthening your ability to stay within the "window of tolerance"—the space where you can process emotions without feeling overwhelmed. During these initial sessions, we’ll ensure you feel fully supported and understood. We’ll practice techniques like grounding, resourcing to remain calm, mindfulness, and self-soothing to help you feel secure and present during our work together. This foundational work typically takes about three sessions and ensures that when we move into memory reprocessing, you’re fully prepared to explore and heal in a safe and manageable way.
